Success & Beyond Global Enterprises, LLC is a community-based program consulting and development agency located in North Carolina. We specialize in Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) youth and family intervention services, culturally-tailored educational services and employment training and staffing services. Our innovative and relevant programming aims to reduce barriers between the Spanish-speaking community and non-Spanish speakers as well as to address the holistic needs of underrepresented groups. We aim to build lasting relationships with consumers while celebrating diversity among community residents of North Carolina and abroad.

* Strengthen the skills of the participants so that have productive lives free from the juvenile justice system
* Reduce the number of youth that are implicated with gangs or other delinquent acts
* Significantly reduce the rate of incarceration among participating youth in the program that are involved in the juvenile justice system
* Provide support for parents and strengthen family bonds
* Help participants acquire leadership and organizational skills and become people of integrity with positive values
* Help participants build a sense of community and promote understanding with in them selves and their communities
Latezes Bridges conceived Success & Beyond Global Enterprises with the vision of positively influencing future generations by empowering today's youth to transcend barriers and develop as holistically healthy and productive adults equipped for a global economy.
Latezes Bridges grew up in Henderson, NC and has always had a passion for children and community development. Although she began her career in 2000 working with special needs youth and families in the Raleigh/Durham area, she longed to return to her home and invest her skills and services there. Ms. Bridges' parents taught the importance of entrepreneurship and modeled a strong spirit of servitude to others daily.
Coupling those two concepts, she began to plan the development of the company in fall of 07. Combining faith, passion, ambition, and experience Success & Beyond Global enterprises became a dream realized on March 1, 2009.

We implement therapeutic techniques that respond directly to the needs of our consumers while producing measurable outcomes.
